Haase Construction Can Make Your Next Remodeling Vision a Reality

March 26, 2012 By Downtown Flat Rock

At Haase Construction we understand that it can be intimidating and overwhelming to hire a professional to advise you on an addition or a remodeling project.

Our family understands the frustration of remodeling. That’s why we spend more time than most to help you plan your project and to prepare for most every possible eventuality, so you end up with exactly what you want, and more.

Thirty years ago when we started Haase Construction, it was our goal to provide the most professional and accredited building experience we could. We have helped homeowners just like you who were struggling with the decision of moving forward with a project and who to depend on to make their family’s vision a reality.

We can take care of all of your remodeling needs, such as: a new bath, kitchen, finished basement, interior trim & doors, windows, drywall, painting and handyman work.

As we age our house may need some modifications to make it more ore user friendly. I am certified by the National Association of the Remodeling Industry as a universal design remodeler. Whether it is a ramp, a wider door, grab bars, or a shower to replace the tub, we can help.

We also work with businesses to plan and remodel their offices.
We are trained, licensed and insured, have OSHA and First Aid training, and are certified to remodel older houses that may have lead based paint.

Please call 734-783-1951 with your questions. Calls are always free! If I cannot personally solve your building problem, I will refer you to someone who can.

WELCOME TO FLAT ROCK

The first Euro-American settlers in Flat Rock were Michael Vreeland and his five grown sons between 1811 and 1820. Michael had been captured by British Rangers during the Revolutionary War and released after American independence.

The family purchased 800 acres (3.2 km2). The town was called the Village of Vreeland until 1838 when the Vreeland family sold off the majority of the land and relinquished control of the area. The Vreeland families built the first grain and lumber mill, having brought the grinding stones from New York.

Descendants of Michael Vreeland still live in the town and attend Flat Rock public schools, being the seventh generation to reside in the town their family founded.
