For the third year in row, members of the Flat Rock Downtown Development Authority along with Flat Rock Our Home Town and their families help add Holiday lights to the two blocks of Garden Boulevard. This year they added carolers and a decretive street lamp to go along with two wreathes, lighted oversized bulbs and Christmas Packages and more. The business district of Garden Boulevard includes two blocks from Gibraltar to East Huron River.
