Flat Rock Speedway is hosting the 1st annual Joy Fair Memorial 100 Saturday evening, June 23.
Last December 10, Joy Fair passed away at the age of 81, who was known as a tradition and big winner in short track racing history. He was often viewed as the racer to beat.
Bob Fox of Diamond Racing Products, to honor Fair’s more than 6 decades of racking and a former competitor, stepped forward to sponsor this special event.
Flat Rock Speedway served as Joy’s home track. Joy Fair was LATE MODEL racing in Midwest-Michigan – AND always a winner.
Get y’er motor hummin’, and come on down to celebrate his legacy.
Vroom-vroom!
