With the new Fusion rolling off the Flat Rock assembly line later this year, Ford has hired 1,400 new employees. To train new employees to build the Fusion without them currently being built, Ford has introduced simulated factory training. This type of training will allow workers to be ready to build as soon as the parts hit the line.
