Flat Rock is known for its wonderful collection of restaurants at Fiorelli’s, standing as a favorite of our community for 40 years. All of us have been going to Fiorelli’s for longer than we can remember – and the team at gives back the same love and appreciation to our community. Fiorelli’s Restaurant Collection has donated and supported our Flat Rock Schools, various local charities, our annual events, our frontline hospital workers, as well as the Flat Rock fire and police departments. Much of this support has been prioritized by Fiorelli’s since the pandemic began.
As COVID-19 has impacted all of us, Fiorelli’s has seen a dramatic change in their normal business operations. Fiorelli’s Restaurant Collection has always been a sit-down restaurant for many, with only 10% of their sales coming from carryout. As a result, the restaurants are now down in regular business by 90%. Despite these challenges, Fiorelli’s Restaurant Collection has been fiercely committed to keeping on all of their full-time staff.
